Content Swarm Menu Breakdown

Here is a breakdown of each menu item on the app:


My Feed

The My Feed menu allows you to view, comment, and share content that has been posted into the swarms you have joined. You can also add posts to this section.

My Posts
My Posts allows you to view all the content you have posted in the app and keep a history of your activity. You can add a post in this section as well. However, note that this section won't include organic engagement you may be having on LinkedIn.

My Swarms
In this section, you can view all the swarms you are a member of. You can edit your Trust function to toggle on or off your trust of anyone in your swarm, leave the swarm, or share the swarm link.

Leaderboard
The Leaderboard showcases your company's top performers within Content Swarm and allows you to offer incentives to your staff for utilizing the app's features.

Join Swarm
Tap on this menu option to join a swarm using the swarm code provided to you.

My Shared Messages
In My Shared Messages, you can create personal captions when sharing a post through Content Swarm.

Help
The Help section includes two options: Knowledge Base and Contact Us. The Knowledge Base opens our Knowledge Base in your device's default web browser, where you can find articles to help. The Contact Us option opens an email in your device's default email, which is pre-loaded with the support@contentswarm.io email address.

Logout
Logout allows you to exit the app. If you log out by mistake, you can easily log in again. This is useful if you have multiple LinkedIn accounts and want to log out of one to log in to another.
