A Swarm is a group of people, typically within your company, who support and interact with each other's content on LinkedIn. This interaction can take the form of likes, loves, comments, and shares of LinkedIn posts. In other words, it's a group of people who help promote each other's content on LinkedIn. While most companies start off with one Swarm, it is fairly common for them to add more than one over time.
